The art quilts displayed in this gallery are nearly all larger than 24” in each direction and are all machine pieced and/or appliqued and quilted. Most are made with cotton print fabrics; some include hand-dyed cotton fabrics that I have either purchased or dyed myself. A few also have hand bead embroidery and thread embroidery on them, although this is not generally their dominant feature.
